If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

5.2 Limited Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform content solely for your personal educational use. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content without our express written permission.

5.3 User Submissions

If you submit any content to the platform, including responses to assignments, forum posts, or collaborative exercises, you grant Qreonto Qyliamo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content for the purposes of operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your submitted content and represent that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Payments and Enrolment

6.1 Fees

Access to certain workshops, programmes, or features may require payment. All fees are displayed on the platform at the time of enrolment. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

6.2 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms associated with each programme or workshop. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable once access to paid content has been granted. Please review the refund policy presented during checkout before completing your purchase.

6.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect enrolments that have already been confirmed and paid.

14. Governing Terms
